Hi Engin,
I started this january to train again. Since I used to hook before, now I decided to toproll.
And one thing I noticed during practice is I can't do very well in toprolling against guys that toproll using their top (like high toproll, not POST). I thought it's my top that is not so strong, maybe it is not, but now I feel my rotator is the weak part of the chain.

Basically situation is this. If I hook I feel ok if I wrist his rotation. Sometimes I need to grip low, which I dont like.
If he low toprolls I feel ok to high toproll.
Problem comes when we both high toproll. It's just because the guy that usually toproll don't mind to move their fingers around, and I dont feel comfortable when my grip isnt tight, with all fingers. Also, I don't feel comfort while rotate with straight wrist toward my thumb. If my wrist is curled, then it's better. Maybe because I need to have a nice grip around his hand, but when we both toproll this usually doesnt happen.

So, my question is, how to prepare myself to fight toproll with toproll. What do I need to train? I think it's just the rotator, but I'm sure you can give me better advices.

 hi Dimitar,

it sounds like you are not confident about the solidness of your wrist so much, neither confident about the handling solidness of your fingers.you may have some front wrist problems as well since you dont like to armwrestle without having a good grip.it may be risqy to try to build something against your ability but as far as i understand your situation i can say that you need to try full hand toproll.John Brzenk also uses full hand toproll esspecially against tall pullers such as Devon Larratt and Andrey Pushkar.he likes to control them with his wrist flexor and then toproll them.it may be because of a forearm height disadvantage.maybe you should try to first control your opponent's rotation and then apply your rotation.from my experiences i can say that a solid n good hand control is the main thing to perform your rotation as strong as possible, and a rotation move against an opponent that you control, will be much more effective.in my opinion your main focus should be on your hand when armwrestling against toprollers.better control your hand has on your opponent's back pressure n rotation, more effective your rotation and back pressure will be.

about the training advices i think you know how i train from my training videos.they are gone because of a technical problem but we will post them again after the web master comes back from Army.

Thanks Engin,
I think I understood some of the things... About this full hand toproll, is this a toproll after u first flex your wrist (which controls opponent rotator)?
Second question, what do u mean with front wrist? Is this the hammer curl motion?

P.S. I'll look forward this training videos, I haven't watch them all.
