Servus Florian,

I'wont be at this tournament altough I really would love to!!!

But we have a tournament in austria 1 week before yours on 11. September were I will compete and be part of the event organization.

And you know with all that afterpulling I probably won't be able to armrestle  for about 2 Weeks because of all the soreness in my arms...  Cheesy

Which categorie will you compete??

I also really like my armbogdanski and I use it every week for my training and feel that it really helps. I use it especially for training my week points.

Will you come to Over the top?

Hey Engin,

do you still use your Bogdanski Training machine in your training?

I had the chance to meet kiril during his stay in austria and trained a few months with him and of corse got the chance to try his tool.

I have to admit it was one of the best things I've ever bought for armwrestling training and I love it, not only because it fits perfect to my mazurenko table.. ;-)

My Question is, what weights you can/could perform in your trainings (Bodyweight?) with that machine in your rotator based training??
